In December, as required, I obtained clearance for my annual check-up as per the Prescribed Minimum Benefit Programme'. Subsequently when the accounts were submitted Resolution declined payment of both the doctor and the pathologist accounts on the grounds that the doctor had used the incorrect tariff code. Ms Daniell Whitebooi undertook to resubmit the pathologist account, and as she claimed the doctor's account was over 6 months old (which it was not) I paid this to avoid embarrassment. Now I have received a final notice from the pathologist and in spite of emails on 16th, and follw up emails on 19th and 22nd April I have yet to receive a confirmation that the account would be paid as per arrangement. I now have to pay this to avoid tarnishing my credit record. I was with NIMAS for 25 years until this crowd took them over last year, and since then only trouble.
