Last year NIMAS unfortunately were taken over/amalgamated with Resolution Health and the quality of service and adherence to undertakings since the amalgamation does not exist. During November after many days of attempted communication I received an undertaking from one Daniella Whitebooi that the annual checkup which falls under the Prescribed Minimum Benefit Programme as previously offered by NIMAS would continue with Resolution, but I had to have pre-authorisation which this lady informed me would be valid for the entire month of December. Subsequently both the doctor's account and the pathologist account have been rejected. Emails sent to Resolution on 14th January and again on 22nd January pointing out the fact that pre-authorisation had been provided have as yet to receive a response, in this case from Louisa Madonsela, who claims no pre-authorisation was provided.
