Good day,
I have submitted a claim query about two weeks ago and have had no response. Unfortunately I cannot keep calling your call centre as it takes forever to eventually speak to someone and then I'm put on hold for another long period of time and it is costing way too much of my airtime.
I've sent through my request about 4 times already. Please can someone urgently advise me of the progress on this claim.
