I have booked for the long weekend for June 2013, I paid a deposit of R955.50, Tuesday the 11th of June unfortunetly had to cancel due to my mom became very ill, I have phoned Natasha to cancel my booking, thinking i will be getting my deposit back and be charged a handling fee of cause, to my surprise I then forfitted my full deposit of R955.50, Not wanting to loose my deposit I phoned back and rebook it, at the end I had to cancel because my mom got worse and then my boyfriend also came down with heavy flu, so i'm loosing my deposit for a situation that is beyound my control
