I am in the medical administrators industry, I have tried to get 2 claims resolved with them, I have emailed several times, and when I called i had to hold 30 & 15 Minutes while they submit a payment request, the only response I get is an automated email... due to their lack of service it seem so my employer that I cant get the job done!

After all this there is no feedback, and one doesnt need an engineering degree, claim paid and date or claim not paid and reason, even tough it was establised claim will be settled by Medical aid
