I am a new Resolution Health client and I am already thinking of moving again. I submitted a claim where I paid the doctor directly and nobody is acknowledging my emails. I have sent three emails and I attempted to phone them and was kept holding on forever. I have received no response or any acknowledgement of receipt for my emails.
