Seems we've received a letter stating that we will have to move our pharmacy that we been dealing with for a couple of years which we received the outmost best service.
They asking us to move to the "BIG" corporations such as Dis-Chem / Clicks because they are DSP contracted, so we phoned our pharmacy and they said its impossible they have a Contract with Discovery and that we must ignore the letter as seems the Independent pharmacies are under attack.
I would really like to know why does our Medical aid force us to move without giving us options or detailing us on surrounding DSP pharmacies including Independent pharmacies!
We are truly disappointed with Discovery, and no matter what we believe Local Service means much more than becoming a $ sign for the big guys.
