Unacceptable attitude of Pharmacy Manage

Dear Sir / Madam,

If a Medirite pharmacy advertises that is closes at 18:00, surely it can't close at 17:55.

I rushed to Checkers to get my medication before 18:00.

When I got there at 17:55 they were already closed. When I queried this, I got the most unacceptable attitude from Sarah Malapane (Pharmacy Manager).

I think you guys can invest in Customer Service courses for Pharmacy Managers.

If this is the general attitude of Medirite Pharmacists, I'll never use a Medirite Pharmacy again and I will spread the word to everyone I know!
