Useless in knowledge, hopeless in customer care

I joined the your life program as suggested by the Wooltru medical aid. I joined in August and went for the required blood tests in January. When I joined I received a letter stating 1 test every 6 months, and to make sure certain ICD codes should be charged., I moved over from Discovery medical aid for better medical aid. Clearly your staff has a lot to learn from Discovery's program. The staff at YourLife call centre is rude, and useless in helping. I first dealt with Foxi Booi, who when I queried why would tests come of savings if in the letters that get sent advises that it won't come out of savings if the correct ICD codes are used. She said its a scheme rule since 01/01/2012 and thats the way it is. It does not say anything like that in the scheme rules. She could not answer why would your company contravene the CPA by saying one thing in a letter and then saying its against your scheme rules. When I called to speak to her manager, she kept me on for 5 minutes and then she put me through to a very rude Sweetness who refused to give me a managers contact details as the team leader is off and there are no managers to be seen.
