Discovery don't pay I was promised payment for the 13 th Jan 2014 today is the. 14 th no sign of a payment

If a member withdraws and does not join another scheme, or moves to another Discovery Health Plan that does not offer a Medical Savings Account (MSA), we are required to refund the member any positive accrued balance in their MSA. The refund will take place after four months.

The legislated rules of the Scheme refers; "in the event that the member terminates his membership with the a view to obtaining membership of another medical scheme, which provides for a MSA, the balance due to the member must be transferred to such scheme within five months after termination of membership on member's request."

Any interest earned on the MSA within the specified time frame will be reimbursed to you. I have discussed the details of your refund telephonically.
