No Response

I have faxed and emailed numerous applications but no one gets back to me- does this mean you no longer want any new members? My fiance and I are looking for a medical aid but whether we will get a response, never mind a membership is a question I ask all the time? Our health and the health of the family we wish to start is important to us- but looks like Discovery feel quite indifferent.
