We have been DISCOVERY HEALTH members since 01/06/1999.Our Medical Aid Number is 036867630. Since 1999 we have not seen a consultant from Discovery Health. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. Have been sent from pillar to post. Our thinking is now that Discovery Health have the monopoly and are not interested. Our Medical Aid Savings Section is depleted since May and our monthly premiums are R9500.00 for 3 persons. We need to get this clarified. We are now in a catch twenty two situation because should we go to a new Medical Aid we have a waiting period.
