I paid over R700 for only a contact-lens trial lesson and eye test. Made an appointment after the two young inexperienced ladies ended up not even knowing how to do a simple quotation on the system and I'm not even sure I paid the right amount. Secondly I asked and double checked if my appointment will be possible on the 17th because I knew it was a public holiday. They double checked and confirmed that it will be possible. Got there on the 17th and the lady there told me she lost my number apparently - Which i gave to them twice and that there's no one in. Then I rescheduled the appointment to today after I took leave at work to do this and luckily I phoned them to make sure they were there. After phoning them the lady told me that again there's no one in and I have to reschedule again but she cannot tell me when because their systems were down. Now I feel like I want to go to another place and paid R700 for nothing. This is the worst service I have encountered and I want service for my money!
