I phoned yesterday (5 Feb 2013) to make an appointment to get my eyes checked so I can get new specs. Upon finding out I can do a screen test, I hear I can not make an appointment. It is first come first serve. I told the lady this makes things complicated as I only have an hour lunch. She said I must just pop in anytime and hopefully they will be able to fit me in. Today I got there in my lunch time and after waiting for someone te help me, I find out that there is only one person that can help me and she is on her lunch! You would think that this bit of infomation would be something mentioned when I phoned! No! How can someone take lunch in the peak lunch time period?! What about the people working?! So pathetic!!!
