When I booked an eyetest at Specsavers Primrose, I was told that they can only help me in 3 weeks time. I accepted. I arranged for a day's leave from work. Then, 3 weeks later, 2 hours before the time of the appointment I received a call advising me that Specsavers need to reschedule as they are taking stock. I explained that I had to take off work to get this done and it is quite late to reschedule an appointment that was made 3 weeks ago, whereafter we agreed that I can still bring my child but exactly 16H15 sharp... they will assist me. As I got to Specsavers Primrose, a lady at the door asked me if I am getting the eyetest done only because my son's teacher said I should. I thought it was odd but said no. Then she said I wont get a quote as her system is offline, which was also fine. She then kept on complaining that she is off line ect while I continued completing my details. The next moment I was told that I will have to wait for the optomotrist as she unfortunately stepped out. Only then i got a little irritated. I told her they are inconsiderate and they obviously have a problem with the booked eyetest and decided to rather leave. I wont go back! I wasted a days leave!!!
