Good day

I was phoned twice this week to set up an appointment via your head office call centre. Yesterday I received the second call and requested the consultant to make sure my appointment included my two children under the age of 12 years old. She phoned me back which was now call 3 and confirmed I could take them directly after my appointment this morning. I arrived at Cape Gate to be informed there is no appointment. This apparently also happened to another client yesterday. My daughter is turning 12 on the 18th of April and the next app for her is only the 29th which means I will have to pay in full. This is exactly why I specifically requested the consultant to make double sure the app are set. I work and the schools start next week, this is the other reason why this was arranged now.

I request this to be rectified and my daughter to receive a consultation free of charge. This is unprofessional and you should appoint people who are able to do their job effectively as this is 'n poor reflection on your company
