The Pharmacross Accounts were relocated to Johannesburg since then I have had untold difficulty receiving an account. I have telephoned Norma and she said that their was a postal strike. I replied that she could e-mal the account to me and I would pay it.. For the last 5 months I have had no account. The medication is for my brother who is unable to manage his affairs. To my embarrassment the chemist in Kimberley refused to supply his medication and told the person collecting it that the account has not been paid. We are not people who do not pay our accounts. After receiving the e-mail statements was settled immediately and a copy of the payment faxed to them. To my annoyance Pharmacross still refused to supply the medication. I had to telephone them and ask what was going on? They then agreed to supply the medication. In the mean time my brother has been without his medication. Kindly sort out you accounts department as no one will pay if they do not receive an account.
