Pharmacist filled prescription with less than one quarter pills needed for a cancer patient.
When called about it, he said that more pills would be sent that day, no apology made. No pills came for several more days. Four more calls were made. When pills were sent, again, it was less than a third needed.
When called a tenth time, he said that they had no pills and they would send more when they received stock. This did not happen. A month has passed, we have left several messages for the pharmacist, but we haven't received the medication or had a phone call returned and the medical aid has been charged for dispensing the medication.
Why did they take the money to fill the prescription in the first place if they couldn't supply the medication??
