I am on chronic medication, I got an sms on the 13th January with the tracking number to go and collect my medication at my post office as I have been collecting it in the same address for the past three years, when I got there i was told no medication was received for me. I then urgently call Pharmacy Direct and spoke to Elda who then informed me that they will send another urgent medication for collection on the 29th. I received the tracking number again and today I called the post office to check if my medication has arrived to my suprise again no medication has been received and THIS IS A CHRONIC medication I have nothing left and now my life is in total danger because of the poor service from Pharmacy Direct. What do I need to do now as I feel so week without my medication for the past two days now. this is pathetic.
