It has been almost 3 months after my procedure and the accounts department cannot resolve my account issues, after numerous complaints no one seems to care!
What else must be done?
Do I need to contact a local newspaper or the media and make them aware of my treatment / issues at this hospital!
I am shocked at the service delivery!
