MY HUSBAND WENT FOR A PROCEDURE ON 25/7/2013 TO LIFE MIDMED HOSPITAL. WE COMPLETED ALL THE DOCUMENTS. THAT INCLUDES OUR CONTACT NUMBERS OUR ADDRESS. TODAY MY MOTHER PHONE TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT OF THIS HOSPITAL IS LOOKING FOR ME, I OWE THEM R500. I IMMEDIATELY ASKED WHERE IS THE STATEMENT. I PHONED REGAN AT 011 219 9281, I WAS SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE AN ADDRESS ON RECORD WHICH IS AN OLD ADDRESS OF MORE THAN 10 YEARS BACK. THE POBOX NUMBER IS NOT EVEN RECORDED. WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS THAT THE RECORDS WERE NOT UPDATED FROM THE ADMISSION FORMS COMPLETED. FOR A BUSINESS WHO SO EASILY WILL SUE A PATIENT/CUSTOMER, YOU FAIL TO UPDATE THE RCORDS AND THEN YOU WILL BLAME US. POOR SHOW
