Inadequate healthcare and irresponsibility

I was admitted to westville hospital about 3 months ago. The hospital is not properly equipped and several machines don't work. The rheumatologist (A Maharaj) was of no help and refused to refer the hospital's neurologist to me. The nurses don't respond after being buzzed several times and are extremely rude and unhelpful. The nurses refused to administer the medication that was prescribed for pain on the admittance letter and on discharge this letter mysteriously went missing and couldn't be found. The medication to take home was out of stock and took 2 and a half months to finally be delivered. In hospital the medication prescribed also went missing and the nurses were clueless as to what happened to it. I have reported this incident to the management at the hospital and also took my time to respond to the email sent by the manager regarding the quality of healthcare received but it has been 3 months and there has still been no response, although I was reassured by the nurses that I would get some explanation as to what happened regarding the missing admittance letter and medication. This hospital does NOT posses quality healthcare and does NOT take pride in the treatment of patients.
