I have had two seperate incidents with the hospital in April.
One month later and my accounts issues have not been resolved!
Its going on three weeks now and I explained this story a few hundred times already.
My medical aid requires a report / motivation / some sort of admission for the 17th.
I cannot seem to understand why this is so difficult.
There is no way I am settling this bill cash, because if the proper process was followed and all parties concerned had communicated this correctly I would not be having these issues.
