With reference to my complaint on Saturday, 15 June 2013 @ 16:36, I would like to rectify some statements made by myself.
Thank you to Life Health Care Wilgers for the meeting held to discuss the misunderstanding regarding the supposed refusal of surgical procedure.
I hereby wish to apologise to Life Healthcare group for the incorrect statement that was made due to misunderstanding between myself and Life Healthcare.
After the meeting it was disclosed and understood that it was indeed not Life Healthcare that refused the treatment but the problem with Discovery Health Medical Scheme.
I would also herewith like to thank the personnel, staff and Dr G Dekker for the professional manner that they have handled the matter and the continued support and treatment of my husband given after the medical aid was suspended.
I can really recommend Wilgers Life Healthcare to anyone as they are really professional and understanding.
