I was admitted to hospital in April this year, there was a clerical error and mis-communication between the medical aid and hospital. Resulting in some of my hospital accounts being sent to me to settle. i've been trying to explain to the hospital admin but with no luck. Eventually Francisca van Staden from the patient service manager and Kim Da Cruz from customer service took all our stresses away by handling the situation. We cannot thank them enough! Weldone and keep the good service up! it's wonderful!
