I often end up having to obtain prescribed monthly medicine a few days earlier than "permitted" as a result of my script being kept at a specific pharmacy. This has caused me to pay for quite a few claims myself without being offered the opportunity to claim this amount from Discovery. This in my mind is simply a timing issue which could be rectified if Discovery were to consider claims over a 6 or 12 month period rather than simply looking at the time between single claims. I expect many consumers to experience the same issue when going on leave or being away on business...
Why can't this be done? Do you simply not care enough about your clients and expect them to return to pharmacies again and again at times which satisfies your requirements?
