After numerous calls and fights I left my self payment gap at R590.95. Wednesday 3 July 2013 I send through a claim for Wilgers Hospital R 1 215.00 also which discovery says they received on 7 July 2013.
Thursday 4 July 2013 I send through a claim of R 360.00 for C Botos (Physio) which Discovery claimed to received on 5 July 2013.
Friday 5 July 2013 I took my son (TA van der Walt) to the pediatrician Dr Allden which was R700.00 which I did not claim for as yet as Discovery does not delt with claims within 48hrs as per their policy. I went to Arie Nel Pharmacy Montana and paid cash for his medicine which was R500.50.
Today I phone Discovery to know where the money is they owe me. Discovery says they closed my self payment gap with C Botes & Arrie Nel's claim and then will only pay me out for Wilgers claim R922.38.
According to my calculation and discovery it does not add up. Discovery takes an hour of my time everytime I have to sort the claims out. If you look on my claims statement they made so many errors that even my 5 year old would see there is a fck up.
Now I am waiting for Lucia to phone me back as the people at discovery dont know what is going on.
