Moto Health Care
Horrible service

After my boyfriend had his shoulder operation, we received a bill of about R16, 000.00 for his surgery. I contacted Moto Healthcare to require about this and Ms. Thamie Magula replied the following via e-mail.

"Dear Alicia Terblanche
Thank you for your recent contact with Moto Health Care, the details of which have been noted.
We would like to inform you that De Kastanos' account was processed and paid at Scheme rates.
The reference number for your enquiry is 170662314.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to email us at [Email Removed]
Kind Regards,
Thamie Magula (Ms)
Service Consultant"
I still have the e-mail as proof.

My boyfriend has now been served with a judgement on ITC due to this account which has accumulated interest because the amount was paid to my boyfriends personal account instead of the doctors. We were never informed about this and did not notice the payment to his account as he often gets performance bonuses at work. There was no letter informing us of this payment or a reference number indicating that this payment was made by Moto Healthcare thus, the account was never paid. I feel I was horribly misled by her e-mail.
