Appalling service, don't pay out claims

I have been waiting almost two months now for claims to be paid out. Every week I contact Discovery only to be told my claim has not been processed, a month later sometimes, and they then promise to resolve it. I have spoken to manager after manager who promise to address the issue which they don't do or even bother to get back to me. On the occasion that something was wrong with my claim they don't bother either to let me know they just dont pay and expect me to somehow know something is wrong. They say they sent messages indicating problems with claims but so far I have only received one which had no reference or Drs name so I was clueless as to which one. Discovery approved Chronic meds cover for my wife which is a substantial amount every month, it's been 3 months and My claims haven't been paid once. I have been given excuses from the system crashing to problems with the SMS line to claims being stuck in a batch to relocation to one department. The managers are absolutely hopeless in helping and getting back to u. I don't know what else to do anymore and im so tired of begging them to get them to pay me, the service has been appalling! Discovery has been very unprofessional
