When we got to the emercancy department, The lady took my sister in law grabed her by the arm and took her to a different room, and told me to take a seat in the waiting area, I walked up to a different lady working, and asked her is there any forms that need to be filled in? She imediatly said NO! (In a tone that sounded annoyed).
After about an half an houer the lady at the counter pointed me and shout I should come and full in these forms and sign, why didn't she gave them to me when I asked her if there was any paper work needed to be done? And why couldn't she just aked me in a nice tone or walked to me and asked me, instead she pointing at me, that was unexeptable.
Both of them were arrugant and very unhelpfull. I Know it was late last night but she made her own cureer choice, if she cant work with patients that time of night she should get another job, there are many people out there that will fight for her job.
