Momentum Multiply Partne

Bankmed have changed from Discovery Vitality to Momentum Multiply as a partner however Momentum cannot in any way compare with Vitality. I have been trying to find out about points that I should have earned and when I contact Bankmed they say I must contact Multiply and when I contact Muliply they say I must contact Bankmed as they do not have access to confidential medical records. It's a circus!
