Upon calling the contact center, and asking to send them a summary of my issues in writing on the 11/03 I received absolutely no feedback even after following up. I am still not on Multiply and paying additional gym fees. See full complaint as follows: I joined FNB Wealth in August 2011. Was currently on Discovery medical aid with Vitality (which I used for gym membership). When I joined I filled out the Bankmed application form, as well as transfer of Vitality. I had a terrible experience, following up between HR and Bankmed for a period of months, where I did not have medical aid as my Discovery contract was cancelled. After more than a year (Which was really uncomfortable for me, without medical aid) I finally became a Bankmed member last year November 2012. I had been paying approximately R625, 00 for gym membership, as vitality had not been transferred. I would like to get onto Multiply as soon as possible, as I am quite tired of dealing with Bankmed admin. After hearing the benefits associated with Multiply, I do still have to note that I would much rather prefer Vitality, as their benefits were better.
