I was with Vitality on Bankmed but since the beginning of the year moved over to Momentum Multiply. Their service is absolutely shocking! They do not reply to e-mails and refuse to give me the contact details of the person responsible for relationship management on their side! I was promised a 'smooth' transition of gym membership from Vitality to Multiply at the beginning of the year, it is now March and nothing has been done.

If you are with Vitality stay with them, these guys at Multiply are absolutely shocking!
