I have been a spec-saver customer for many a years and have had my 4th pair off glasses from them rec 3 monts ago---2 months later I went back as each lens had fallen out 4-5 times and was badly scratched. I was blamed for not knowing how to take my glasses off and put them on... They did an insurance claim against their will and suppleid me with a new pair last wednesday the 5t June. on saturday the lens fell outand chipped on my tile floor. Today i took it back and againwas accused of not knowing how to work with my glasses and for R2700.00 they could get me new lenses. How pathetic, I have had 4 sets off glasses without a problem and now I am the problem. They brought up 5 reasons it could be my fault and not once questioned their Quality. I am disgusted and through medical aid they charge me nearly R4000.00 for a pai
