1 Month to fix sunglasses

In January 2013 I order new prescription sunglasses form Gezina Spec Savers. After receiving them they had to be returned since there were marks on the left lens. After waiting almost two weeks for the glasses I noticed that my vision in the left eye drastically differs when I use the sunglasses compared to my normal glasses. 4 Weeks and 2 days ago I went for an eye test and it was confirmed that the left lens on the sunglasses is definitely weaker compared to my normal glasses. I was informed that this will be corrected but in addition to this they will fit new lenses as per my new prescription (after the eye test). Great gestures from them but I have now been waiting for over a month for the glasses. The fact is that the left lens was not the correct one and the glasses would have been sent back a second time after I received them. I find this unacceptable and do not blame the ladies at the branch - this is as a result of their inefficient lab manager. I want my glasses today or my money back and you have lost a loyal client that spent close to R8000 at your Gezina branch this year!! Every day there are new promises but no glasses -?
