STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DOCUMENTS

I logged a Hellopeter complaint regarding the terrible service I have received.
TO DATE I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS!!!

I NEED MY MEDICAL AID CARD TO GO TO THE DOCTORS AND STILL DO NOT HAVE IT!!!
I was promised by the call center supervisor that it would be delivered to my work address in this week. Guess what, the week has passed and its Saturday already.
