I purchased a vehicle from CGM Motors East Rand 2 weeks ago, spending R42k cash.

I have since spent a further R3 000 plus replacing a petrol cap, a right rear-view mirror, rear wheel bearings & brakes after the car supposedly passed the road worthy test. To date haven't received my Natis & change of ownership documents as promised by the Sales manager Greg Ferriera. A week ago I send Greg an email enquiring about my documents and haven't received any responses to date. Out of desperation I decided to escalate this to the Debbie Steenkamp "Customer Relations Officer, guess what? No response either. Perhaps I should have taken a hint for my first interaction with the receptionist and spent my hard earned cash at another dealership.

I guess I shouldn't hold my breath after lodging a formal complaint in on HelloPeter??
