It seems like I only get help at Bonitas only when I raise my concerns on hello peter. I spoke to a lady informing her that I have registered my wife as a dependant in January. My HR Department misplaced one of the application documents page, one of your agents confirmed that. The lost document was found and resent to [Email Removed] (Fax to email: from 015 962 8000 to 0865967397). Upon asking whether such documents have been received the lady who assisted me told me to resend to another email address which is not functional. My wife`s employer wants proof that she is on medical aid asap or else she will have to fork R2000 for a useless Bankmed medical aid. Bonitas I need that proof asap this is very urgent
