Wrong details again?

Finally FNB contacted me - after WEEKS.

Credit card: when trying to find out why I have not received my credit card, the call center tells me that I have not submitted the necessary documents - which I submitted electronically within 10 days, AND submitted it by HAND at my local branch. How can the documents not be there??
Without noticing me, FNB closed my credit card account, leaving me in the dark (and at that time, a good expectation).
My card is in process to being delivered, I am just placing a complaint so FNB can check into their (very promising and boldly advertised) service.

eBucks: Eventually something happened and I could order my eBucks card (again? after I applied on 9 April). When I phoned the call center, they had my home address as my postal address. There is no way anything can be delivered there, so I had to re-enter my postal address and wait ANOTHER 21 working days for my card (I applied on 9 April). I was so excited about my eBucks card, but now have to wait even longer...
Again - you will see on the system that the card is ordered. Bu the service and delay is what gets me.

"We apologize for the inconvenience"" is sometimes just not enough.
