I filled out the documents to join bonitas medical on 25 november 2013
The agent only gave in the documents on 7 dec! (Want to know why)
Your debit order date to gve bank details to the bank is 20 dec...
My documents were only put into the computer on 23/28 dec 2013
So my account is inactive because I didn't pay...
Where is it my fault
Plus once I have paid it takes 5 days to activate my account for a fault that wasn't mine!!!
I have tried 3 times to do an eft from my phone, I can't... Will eft when I get home... I don't see how come I should be the one following up on faults that NONE were mine...
I also feel the agent shouldnot get commission from this deal as she took forever to send in the papers and now I am struggling to sort out the problems due to her taking so long to send in my paperwork...

How is bonitas going to help me rectify these faults...

I am sorely disappointed

And I also received an sms putting me on a waiting period of 3 months when not a single day of my life has passed without being on a medical

And when do I receive my chronic meds?
