Everywhere all I can see on the website is how AMAZING your scheme
is, then why is your customer service so???
First I was never informed I am a member, I just saw payment being deducted from my account. NO ONE CALLED ME! NO ONE SMS'D ME! NO ONE EMAILED ME! NO ONE SENT ME MY MEDICAL AID DOCUMENTS!
I then called Bonitas to cancel, but since I need Medical Aid, I decided Ill stay a member, but I requested my documents to be sent to me. NOTHING!!!
I tried to call your cust care dept today and waited 4 minutes before the call was answered, and then after speaking to someone she confirmed they never even captured my street name and then she dropped the call on me. I had to call again - where I requested for a supervisor.
Is this you amazing scheme you seem to boast so much about?
