I got an offer to take up a loan with Direct Axis via One Life Direct. On Thursday 16 January i took up the offer and on Friday 17 January i received the call from Direct Axis, i did the application via telephone and was approved. I was told to forward all required FICA documents which i did on same day. On Saturday 18 Jan i phoned to follow up if documents were received and was told no documents were received and proceeded to resend them. We were promised an SMS or call once received but no sms and no call. Sunday i phoned again and was told no such documents were received..Monday i phoned again and was told the documents were received on Friday but were wrong, the ID copy must be in colour and a new proof of address. I sent all documents at 11h00 am, at 14h00 i called to confirm and were told documents have not been received and i insisted to be transferred to documents department who then confirmed all the documents were received from Friday and they will confirm all documents and process the loan.By 18h00 on Monday i phoned and the consultant told me i need to resend the documents. I insisted to be transferred to a supervisor or manager who were not available.
