I just called my medical aid on 0860 100 080 for a simple query and I had to hold for 10minutes and finally got to the call centre and the guy called William made me hold another 5minutes only too tell me that their system is taking long and there's nothing they can do to help me I must call back later. They dont even have the courtesy to offer to call back their clients since its "their" system that is faulty/slow.
They must really up their game
