Went to the pharmacy to purchase a bottle of seibirian pine nut oil from MY savings of which I pay almost R4000.00 a month for medical AID, I am so upset writing this cause i was told that my medical aid doea not pay for this 100% herbal oil. I called the 0860 number and spoke with Sammy at 13:00 on the 6th November 2013, he could not answer me as to why they don't pay and agreed that the savings was in fact my money and put me on hold till 13:20 came back and said he needed a tariff code because i asked him to escalate for me or else he could not help or escalate remember this is my medical aid lol, i then stayed on the line with him and called the pahamacy on another phone and gave him the tariff code he then put me on hold till 13:40 and then told me he and every one there could not pick the code up, i was boiling and told him that the amount of time spent on the phone could pay for the meds i need and if i could speak to his manager he put me on hold again till 14:00 when the manager Lucrecia answered I asked her to call me back as i have been holding for 1 hour she promised to call me back in 1 min so even if she called after 10 mins it would be cool but she calls me back afte
