I have been a client with RCS for the past 5 years. I called RCS on Friday at 16:17 - spoke to Michelle for 6:38 mins .. I was driving home and had her on my speaker phone- she took details and completed whatever she had to online - then she said she will call me after 5 pm to complete everything else as she could not hear me-
I waited and waited no one called, . I then called at 17:32 held on for so long then someone answered and then she said she will get someone to call me back -(5:10mins) someone called at 17:49 - did app again - then said system off will call back - waited again - nothing-called again at 19:04 (3:12 mins) lady was absolutely rude to me- said I shd go buy airtime and she cant call me back- to this hour- NO ONE has come back to me -??? I am shocked at the way the Call Centre treats the clients- disgusted, and disappointed
