I was notified by my medical aid that there was a portion of the lancet account that they would not pay and that they required a T3 request form from Lancet for the tarrif code 4492 for Vitamin d3 tests.

I called the accounts number at Lancet and eventually someone answered but we had a ringing noise in the background so he asked me to call back. I called again and the call went dead after listening to the pre programmed stuff. I called again same thing. I then called the call centre number and held for 10 min. I am now on hold with the accounts department and i have been holding long enough to type all this. All i want is someone to send this T3 form to lancet so they can get paid as I should not have to pay myself because they did not supply the medical aid with the form. I am still waiting for someone to answer and this time it has been 10 min so far who knows how long it will continue if i dont hang up.
