BadNo Service at FNB Call Centre

I called about a query I had about my FNB statement in regards to ATM withdrawals. (Why my ATM withdrawals on some days were showing well over my daily limit). She gave me an answer and I requested that she send me what she says is on her system (As apparently the system and statements we receive are different). She then put me on hold and never got back to me, Still holding I was then sent back to the beginning to re-authenticate, I was then re-routed to someone called Alice, again put on hold by her and then again rerouted to someone called Pauline.
/-40mins on hold and being sent from pillar to post. My request still not attended to. I asked Pauline to get Obakeng to call me - let's see if that happens.
