I belonged to Discovery Health for more than 6 years until i got retrenched last year. We were still covered for December and my son saw a Dr on the 12th and again on the 14th of December. Discovery Health rejected my claims due to putting my accounting hold because i withdrew my membership from January 2013 so when i explained that i was retrenched they had to recapture the claims and did it incorrectly my Dr has still not received all her money and both myself and the Dr has phoned them numerous times to get it resolved 4 months later it is still not done???
I cant understand why i must get bad service from them because they messed up and they are just not interested in sorting it out!!!
