On the 2nd Jan I submitted claims to discovery that I had paid out of pocket. I got a response the next day to say that I have to get invoices as they hadn't received it. I called a consultant and resent my email with the claims attached. The following day I got notification that claims would be paid. No payment was forthcoming.
I called discovery again and they found that there was a debit on my current membership and a credit on my old membership. The credit was supposed to be transferred so that my claims could be paid.
Last week I spoke to a senior manager called Warren and a query was sent to the admin and finance departments to do a recon.
It is a week later and I have had no response and no money refunded.
I find this completely unacceptable! maybe I should make them wait for my membership payment and then they'll probably get a lawyer to get their payment.
