I am a vitality member that pays a discounted rate for gym membership.

So because I have been travelling studying and so on I did not get to gym for the past few months, they discovery decideds to flipping tell virgin to charge me for almost full memebership and how do they let me know... a e-mail, they say, an e-mail I did not get. Not even a dam phonecall.

Banks at least call you and warn you. Even retails stores give you a buzz, but discovery!!! No!

Discovery don't give you an indication to say please visit so many more time to avoid increase in premium. Guess what though, they will only bring my premium down in 2 months. So basically I have invested a load of money they just take more..who cares right! As long as they make their profits.

I have expences, debit orders and things, how can they just take your money and not consider how much that would influence people. Yes it is in their policy, but dam, is a phonecall not in their policy, or an sms even. Disgusting.
Discovery is a rip-off and I am gunna get off this policy as soon as I find a new supplier. They do not care about people, they just care about money and it is so dissapointing.
